Device has also generator, light signal control unit, yellow light signaling relay unit, OR gate, two switch elements, track section clearance fixing unit and test unit. The latter is connected by output to control inputs of switch elements, being connected by excitation input with track circuit track relay unit occupancy output and by self-locking input, with output of block section clearance fixing unit. OR gate, yellow light signaling relay unit and block section clearance fixing unit are connected in series. Inputs of OR gate are connected with track circuit clearance output of track relay unit and with output of first switch element. Signaling input of first switch element is connected to output of light signal control unit. Second switch element is connected by signaling input with output of generator, and by output, with beginning of track circuit. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of operation owing to control of operation of track circuit. ^ 2 dwg
