The technical result is an increase of pliability of the material and resistance to the hostile environments, a decrease of power input, reduction of duration of the production process. In the composition for production of calcium silicate containing a calcareous component - hydrated lime Ca(OH)2 and a silicon-containing component use a hydrated lime containing(in mass %): active CaO + MgO - not less than 67, CO2 - no more than 3, and in the capacity of the silicon-containing component - the white soot containing (in mass %): silicon dioxide - not less than 86, iron oxides - no more than 0.15, chlorides - no more than 1.0, calcium oxide - no more than 0.8, moisture - no more than 6.5. The method of production of calcium silicate provides for a preliminary mixing into suspension of the batched initial components - the hydrated lime and the silicon-containing component, filling-up with the indicated suspension of the molds, preliminary curing, the molds removal, a hydrothermal autoclaving and a drying. In the capacity of the above indicated source components use the indicated composition, preliminary curing conduct before obtaining of an initial strength of the raw up to 0.5-1.0 MPa, after the molds removal conduct loading of the raw in a trolley for feeding in a digester. The hydrothermal treatment conduct in the following mode: 2 hours - rise of pressure up to 0,5 MPa, curing within 8 hours and refrigerating within 1-2 hours, and the drying conduct at the temperature of 105°- 150°C up to a residual humidity of no more than 2-5 % of the mass. Then conduct crushing of the produced product, its fine grinding, packaging in airproof packaging materials and storing. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures increased pliability of the material and its resistance to the hostile environment action, decreased power input, reduced the production process duration. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex, 1 tbl |
