Electrodes are connected with electric pulse source by means of conductor. Clamping member is made of porous polymer. Electrodes are made in form of rings. Cap is made removable. Base is provided with hoe for conductors. Cap and base are made of dielectric material. Weight with adjustable mass is installed inside dielectric bushing; mass is made of set of plates. Clamping member is disposed between set of plates and inner surfaces of dielectric bushing of case cap and base. Cap is provided with nick for disconnecting it from dielectric bushing.
