FEEDING FRAME FOR TEXTILE MACHINE

FIELD: textile industry, in particular, equipment for wet spinning machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: feeding frame for textile machine has binders mounted on columns and equipped with hangers and brackets, spool holders placed on hangers, and guiding rollers. Each of spool holders has rotary stop disposed at its lower end and adapted for holding spools in operating position and allowing spools to be removed and installed in zone at the level of operator's eyes without detachment of spool holders from frame hangers. Aperture of each hanger has size slightly greater than diameter of spool holder hook rod. Each hanger has rib allowing spool holder to be removed from hanger only upon turning thereof through angle of about 60° to hanger axis for preventing spontaneous falling of spool holder from hanger. Guiding rollers have flange made in the form of continuous conical disk arranged at its one side and flange made in the form of four fingers arranged at its other side. Such construction imparts strength to rollers and allows rollers to be readily cleaned from filaments adhered thereto. Frame units are mounted on two columns transverse thereto. Attachments for all frame units are made adjustable to provide for mounting of spools of different sizes. ^ EFFECT: convenient usage, reduced labor intensity for operator, complicated manufacturing and maintenance. ^ 4 cl, 6 dwg
