Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: loading and unloading, transportation and storehouse operations. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method of whipping disposable slings includes wire bundle clamping and whipping operations. Whipping of wire bundle forming the sling is done by free ends of wire from sling to be whipped. End of wire is bent outside square to tangential line of sling coils and is placed between screw roller and limiter in groove of screw roller of whipping head, and sling bundle is placed in slot of whipping head and is clamped after which whipping head is set into rotation. Roller with screw groove, owing to friction force appearing between end of sling and surface of screw groove, rotates around its own axis and around wire bundle, thus providing winding of wire by end of sling with preset whipping pitch until wire end is completely used. Pitch t of sling whipping helical line is found from formula where D is diameter of screw roller groove; d is diameter of wire; is diameter of sling bundle; is pitch of roller helical; n is coefficient of wire slipping relative to guide roller groove Device for whipping disposable slings consists of whipping head with slot for wire bundle, and clamp. It includes drive and intermediate sprockets and chain. Whipping head contains central sprocket with slot. Trunnions with slots connected coaxially with sprocket with slot and arranged in holes in body of whipping head. Device for laying winding material coils is arranged on end face part of one trunnions parallel to its axis and consists of roller with screw groove installed for rotation of axle and limiter preventing slipping of winding material from roller groove. ^ EFFECT: increased load-carrying capacity of sling, reduced consumption of winding material, increased capacity. ^ 6 cl, 1 ex, 5 dwg |
