At first mode heat transfer agent is fed under gas distribution grid and drying process is performed in fluidized bed. At second mode heat transfer agent is fed through branch pipes into drying chamber along periphery tangentially and drying process is performed in annular rotating bed. At second stage heat transfer agent is fed as one low-speed flow under gas distribution grid into drying chamber and simultaneously impulse second flow is fed through branch pipe normally relative to first flow. Installation includes drying chamber, feeding and discharging air ducts, gas distribution grid. Drying chamber includes steam jacket with draining branch pipe, built-in heat exchanger and branch pipes for feeding heat transfer agent along periphery tangentially. ^ EFFECT: intensified drying process.
