Wire rope is released and pontoon is rigged out. Pontoon remains afloat. Operator passes from tube-manhole along ladder to pontoon, end of wire rope arranged on tractor is pulled out by rope and is secured on pontoon. Tractor is stopped at bogged vehicle. Standing on pontoon, operator pulls out of water the float, rope and end of vehicle towing rope, connects ends of wire ropes of tractor and vehicle and drops connected ends of wire ropes in water, and tractor is moved out of water to bank. Device for implementing the method contains tractor equipped for moving under water and provided with wire rope, pull winch and tube-manhole. Pontoon with plat form held by wire is hinge-mounted on tractor tube-manhole. Ladder is hinge-secured between pontoon and tube-manhole. Rope is secured on pontoon whose other end is connected with end of tractor wire rope. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability, reduced cost of preparation of vehicle for pulling out of water. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
