Zusammenfassung:FIELD: SUGAR INDUSTRY. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing the sugar beet diffusion juice. Method involves mixing aluminum-containing reagent of bentonite clay with water and treatment of the mixture in a diaphragm electrolyzer up to pH value of anolyte 3.2-3.8 and that of catholyte up to 6.0-6.5. Before extraction beet chips are treated with anolyte and extraction of sucrose from beet chips in diffusion apparatus is carried out at temperature 62-68o C with removal of diffusion juice. Method provides enhancing purity of diffusion juice by 0.5-1.5% and elevating yield of sugar by 0.42-0.55% as compared with the known method. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 3 tbl, 1 ex
