Zusammenfassung:FIELD: metallurgical and machine engineering production, namely equipment for drawing and flattening wire, shaped rods, for rolling and rolling-drawing flat band and high-quality strip and wide assortment. ^ SUBSTANCE: universal mill includes mounted according to technological order: uncoiler, supporting measuring rollers, horizontal straightening machine, drawing stand, working stand, left and right coiling-uncoiling apparatuses with mechanisms for adjusting rows of rolled metal coiled onto bobbin or drum with controlled electric drive unit. There is system for automatic control of thickness of rolled material. It is possible to mount in drawing stand changeable adjustable shaped head-drawing die. It is possible to mount in working stand next changeable set of rolls for rolling or flattening, namely: duo or quarto roll set, multi-roll module for making thin high-accuracy belt, roll set for rolling-drawing. The last set includes two rolls. One roll of set is driven from automatic system of electric drive unit with controllable revolution number and with possibility of gradually changing gap between rolls at rolling process. Other roll is non-driven one, it is mounted in saddle with possibility of rotation by angle corresponding to its wear degree. ^ EFFECT: enhanced economical effectiveness of production process, reduced areas for arranging mill, lowered costs of material, investment, power, development of flexible quickly readjustable mechanisms, technological tools and automated systems for production of different type articles of rolled metal in optimal working modes. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
