Mechanism is made as through inclined slot in end device frame parts. Inclined slots are created as isosceles triangle sides formed so that triangle vertex angle may be changed by means of adjustable base. Slot sides are guiding supports for wind-up drum shafts. Wind-up drum drive is arranged inside frame and located from rear side of end part thereof. Wind-up drum drive is arranged on movable plate with supports located in guiding post having axis coinciding with isosceles triangle vertex angle bisector. Wind-up drums are constantly forcedly closed with mandrel by hinged blocks and rope. One rope end is fixedly connected to frame. Attached to another end is permanent weight. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency. ^ 5 dwg
