METHOD FOR PREPARING GRANULATED NITROGEN FERTILIZER

FIELD: fertilizers, chemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for manufacturing inorganic fertilizers, in particular, nitrogen fertilizers and can be used in working chemical production, in particular, for production of ammonium nitrate. Method for preparing granulated nitrogen fertilizers representing the composition of two and more components as their mixture involves preparing the first component as nitrogen fertilizer solution and separate preparing the second component - filling agent powder consisting of one or some components wherein one of component is powder that represent zeolite by mineralogical composite. Then method involves evaporation of nitrogen fertilizer solution, mixing nitrogen fertilizer obtained after evaporation with filling agent powder taken in the definite ratio followed by granulating formed mixture that is initially in flowing state. Before contact with nitrogen fertilizer filling agent powder is saturated with at least one inhibitor of reactions between components of filling agent and nitrogen fertilizer that is in liquid and/or gaseous state.
