Composition comprises 1,3-diethylbenzimidazolium triiodide as an active component, organic dipolar dissociating (polar) basic soft aprotonic solvent and a base, medicinal low-molecular polyvinylpyrrolidone as a solubilizing agent and dimethylsulfoxide (dimexide) as a stabilizing agent of active component or medicinal ethyl alcohol as an organic dipolar dissociating (polar) basic soft aprotonic solvent and medicinal vaseline or purified water as a base in the definite ratio of components.
