description FIELD: electrical engineering, namely locking devices of cabinets of complete distribution apparatuses. ^ SUBSTANCE: cabinet includes housing with door; circuit breaker having shaft with two grooves and disc; actuating mechanism with locking device of shaft of actuating mechanism; supporting plate joined with door and locking lever whose one end engages with shaft of circuit breaker and whose other end engages with supporting plate. Rod engaged with actuating mechanism and spring-loaded relative to housing of cabinet is jointly mounted by its one end and it is joined by said end with locking lever. Other end of spring-loaded rod is jointly coupled with lever of intermediate shaft mounted in bracket secured to housing of cabinet. On yoke secured by means of bracket to housing switch is mounted; said switch engages with pressure adjustable bolt of yoke secured to intermediate shaft. Other end of intermediate shaft through lever and tie rod is joined with pressure lever jointly mounted on bracket of housing of cabinet. Pressure lever through spring-loaded pusher secured to actuating mechanism engages with lever of shaft of relay unit of actuating mechanism. The last is joined through tie rod system and double-arm lever with holding link of closing mechanism engaging with drive unit of actuating mechanism of distribution apparatus. Invention prevents turning on and off circuit breakers when actuating mechanism is turned on, does not allow to turn on circuit breakers at open door, provides possibility for testing operation capability of actuating mechanism at open door and turned off circuit breaker. ^ EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities of cabinet. ^ 1 dwg
