Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: gel comprises as a biologically active supplement 18-20% suspension of liposomes in 0.01 M phosphate buffer, pH = 7.5, prepared of animal and vegetable phospholipids and lipids with chloroform extract of medicinal plants included to their and consisting of pot-marigold, plantain, Saint-John's-wort, milfoil herbs, licorice roots and sweet clove herb taken in the ratio 2:2:1, respectively. Chloroform extract of herbs contains extract of their mixture taken in the equal ratio with chloroform = 1:20 and also ammonium salt of rare-cross-linked copolymer of acrylic acid and pentaerythritol allyl esters, glycerol, triethanolamine, para-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl and propyl esters, perfume and water taken in the definite ratios (wt.-%). Method involves preparing an aqueous emulsion of water-soluble polymer of ammonium salt of rare-cross-linked copolymer of acrylic acid and pentaerythritol polyallyl esters and triethanolamine, its heating to 60-65oC and addition of preserving agents solution, namely, para-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl and propyl esters in glycerol, emulsification, cooling to 30-35oC and addition of biologically active supplement followed by emulsification of the mixture and addition of perfume. Invention provides the prolonged effect of an anti-burning gel. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of gel. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex
