APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING OF FUEL CHARCOAL

FIELD: wood pyrolysis, in particular, equipment for producing of fuel charcoal. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has unit comprising two furnace chambers for providing drying and pyrolysis of basic material, devices arranged inside said chambers in vertical plane and adapted for circulation of flue gases, containers with vapor-and-gas discharge openings, and single combustion device equipped with adjustable shutter gates for each chamber. Shutter gates are designed for regulating temperature in furnace chambers within the range of 500-7000C. Combustion device is adapted for operating in mode of periodical additional burning of vapors and gases. Retractable containers are mounted on annular protrusions inside furnace chambers. Vapor and gas discharge openings are made in upper part of each container. Said openings are connected through detachable cranked pipes and pipelines with combustion device for burning of said vapors and gases. Flue gas circulation device is equipped with outlet opening leading into smoke-stack. Apparatus allows charcoal with different technical characteristics to be produced at lower temperature (of up to 7000C), which does not cause structural changes in material of containers. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of charcoal. ^ 1 dwg
