Cr(II), Cr(III), Mn(II), Mn(III), Ir(III), Ni(II), Rh(III), Ru(II), V(IV), and V(V); x, x', y, and z are integers selected such that double metal cyanide compounds were electrically neutral; (b) bile acids or their salts, esters, or amides; and (c) organic complex ligands. Catalyst preparation procedure includes following stages: (i) interaction, in aqueous solution, of (alpha) metal salts with metal cyanide salts, (beta) organic complex ligands other than bile acids or their salts, esters, or amides, and (gamma) bile acids or their salts, esters, or amides; and (ii) isolation, washing, and drying of catalyst obtained in stage (i). ^ EFFECT: increased catalytic activity. ^ 9 cl, 4 ex
