Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: veterinary virology and biotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method is suggested to manufacture vaccine against porcine reproductive-respiratory syndrome (PRRS). It deals with infecting cell culture Marc-145 with virus-containing material out of "BD-DEP" attenuated strain of PRRS virus. Then comes incubation of infected culture, collection of virus-containing material and further addition of protective medium at 3:5-5:7 ratio. Thus, the obtained vaccine contains viral material a biological activity being not less than 6.0 Ig TCD50/cm3. The innovation broadens the number of virus vaccines against PRRS to create tense and prolonged immunity against epizootic isolates of PRRS virus cycling within Russia.
