Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: boring equipment engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: body has central through passage, in which spring-loaded piston with rod with cantilevers fixed on it, having cross-shaped shelves is placed. In wall of body slits are made, in which by means of inserts on axes claws with rock-destroying members and cross-shaped grooves are mounted. Cross-shaped shelves of rod cantilevers are placed in cross-shaped grooves of claws with possible displacement along them. Piston spring is placed in hollow formed by outer wall of rod and inner wall of body and connected to outer environment. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of expanding device due to excluded construction assemblies, which can not resist high loads during device operation, and as well due to lesser vibrations of rock-destroying elements. ^ 4 dwg
