Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electrolytic deposition of wear-resisting coatings for recovery and reinforcement of the worn surfaces of details. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of electrolytic deposition of an iron-titanium alloy and is dealt in particular with electrolytic deposition of wear-resisting coatings for recovery and reinforcement of the worn surfaces of details. The method provides for deposition of coatings from the electrolyte, that contains (in kg / m3): iron chloride - 350-400, titanium oxalate - 15-25, saline acid - 0.5-1.5. The deposition is exercised using an alternating asymmetric current with an asymmetry factor of 1.2-6.0 at the electrolyte temperature of 20-40o, an interval of cathode current densities of 35-50 A/dcm2. Technical result: increased efficiency of the method, strengthened linkage of the coating with the base, increased microhardness and wear resistance. EFFECT: the invention allows to increase strength of linkage of the coating with the base, microhardness and wear resistance of products, general efficiency of the method. |
