Rests having orifices are welded to clip member. Rests are made of steel angle members having 25+ACo-25 mm dimensions. The first rest is flushed with one end of clip member and stop is welded parallel to the first rest along the whole stop length such that stop is offset relative the rest. Stop ends and clip member ends are beveled at the angle of 30 - 45 deg for eliminating cuts in rubber gland during clip tightening. The second rest is welded to clip member at a distance of 50 - 300 mm from clip member end.
