CAR BOGIE-TO-BOGIE SIDE SUPPORT

FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for connecting bogie with freight car body. Body-to-bogie side support contains upper housing 1 secured on frame of car body 2 and provided in middle part flat surface 3 in form of underframe side bearer for contact with flat working surface 9 of lower housing 4 also made in form of side bearer. Lower housing is installed in through guide socket 5 of bogie overspring beam 6, and it flexibly rests on bogie side frame 8 and includes two rollers 12. Working surface is mated with inclined surface 11 along edges of upper housing in longitudinal axis of bogie for rolling onto one of rollers at turning of bogie. Rollers are arranged on overspring beam at equal distance from flat surface of upper housing along longitudinal axis of bogie. Upper parts of rollers are arranged higher than working surface of side bearer of lower housing. Clearances are made between rollers and inclined surface of upper housing. EFFECT: provision of vibration damping and prevention of hunting on straight sections of track, reduced damping on curved sections and increased side stability of car body on bogies. 4 dwg
