APPARATUS FOR AERODYNAMIC FORMATION OF COMPOSITE THREADS

FIELD: textile industry, in particular, production of self-twisted thread by aerodynamic process. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vortex twisting chamber of reversed twisting, said chamber being adapted for imparting twisting to retaining component and vortex twisting chamber of reversed twisting for imparting twisting to ready thread. Vortex twisting chamber of reversed twisting arranged in first twisting zone between cylinder-pressure roll pairs is adapted for imparting reversed false twisting to two components, which form primary product of self- twisted structure upon exiting from said chamber. Primary product twisting intensifier made in the form of vortex twisting chamber of reversed twisting and vortex chambers for imparting twisting to retaining component and to ready thread are arranged in second twisting zone between cylinder-pressure roll pairs. EFFECT: increased twisting capacity of apparatus, wider range of articles and reduced extension of zero zones in ready composite thread. 1 dwg
