Said distributor is made in form of hollow truncated cone with narrow part provided with central inlet hole pointed to funnel. Diameter of outer hole of funnel exceeds diameter of central inlet hole of distributor. Cone of distributor is provided with holes in wall arranged in staggered order over wall surface. Said holes are made rectangular, being arranged in two rows. Distributor and charging funnel are interconnected with possibility of adjusting the space between them in height by means of sleeves with threaded end pieces of rods connected, respectively, to distributor and charging funnel. Slots are made on side surface of distributor on which two truncated movable cones are secured from inner side of distributor and charging funnel. Slots are made on side surface of distributor on which two truncated movable cones are secured from inner side of distributor. Cones can be turned through definite angle to adjust area of side holes.
