Actuating unit and manual drive unit are detachably joined one with another by means of intermediate member in the form of plate having open curvilinear grooves and mounted on housing of hydraulic pump. Lower lid of working hydraulic cylinder has protrusions engaging with curvilinear grooves of intermediate plate. Rod of hydraulic pump is joined by means of tie rods with levers-handles rotatably mounted on housing of hydraulic pump. Distributor is made as spring-loaded three-way double-position distributor with manual press button. EFFECT: enhanced operational comfortability, compactness, simplified design, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of apparatus. 3 cl, 6 dwg
