PORTABLE APPARATUS FOR BENDING OPERATIONS AND FOR EXPANDING

FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly bending and expanding tubes at repairing and mounting works. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes actuating unit having base with supports for blank; mounted with possibility of motion pressure member having springs for returning it to initial position; working hydraulic cylinder with rod engaging with pressure member; manual drive unit coupled with actuating unit and having reservoir; hydraulic pump connected with said working hydraulic cylinder and having levers-handles. Said hydraulic pump is in the form of piston cylinder in housing of which are arranged: suction and pumping valves and distributor connecting hydraulic pump with reservoir and with working hydraulic cylinder. Actuating unit and manual drive unit are detachably joined one with another by means of intermediate member in the form of plate having open curvilinear grooves and mounted on housing of hydraulic pump. Lower lid of working hydraulic cylinder has protrusions engaging with curvilinear grooves of intermediate plate. Rod of hydraulic pump is joined by means of tie rods with levers-handles rotatably mounted on housing of hydraulic pump. Distributor is made as spring-loaded three-way double-position distributor with manual press button.
