The apparatus is supplied with a system of recirculation of a cultural liquid from the lower section of cultivation into the upper one and with the cylindrical pipes with a screw-type spiral installed along the height of the body. The wall of pipes in the section of degassing gas and in the section of gas substrate introduction is made of two coaxially located perforated cylinders with a clearance space between them, where there are solid particles.. Between the indicated sections inside the cylindrical pipes there are the blanked-off branch-pipes wit the ring-type clearance for formation of a liquid column above them. The gas cavity of the cultivation section is linked with the section of the gas feeding through a pipeline and a pumping device. The ratio of the perforated cylinders diameters makes d1/d2 = 1.1 3.0, and a ratio of the inner diameter of the circulation pipe to the blanked off branch-pipe diameters dn/d3 = 1.1 2.6. EFFECT: the invention ensures increase of a surface of contact piece of a gas phase with a liquid, raise of productivity(output) of the apparatus and decrease of power inputs on circulation cultural liquid and gas substrate. 2 silt
