Branch pipe of intermediate chamber is provided with two holes with sealing elements for wrenches to connect them with drives of clamp closure of man-hole. Horizontal wall of intermediate chamber after drives is made flexible, in form of bellows to provide alignment of flanges of reservoir branch pipe and intermediate chamber branch pipes. Intermediate chamber is furnished with branch pipe for connecting with pumping out set and air bleeder union, and ends of screws of drives of man-hole clamp closure are made conical to provide joining of screw with wrenches having mating reverse cones. Invention makes it possible to open man-hole any time, irrespective to level of dead residue in reservoir. EFFECT: improved fire and explosion safety, reduced losses of products. 4 cl, 2 dwg |
