SUBSTANCE: device has conical body with filling orifice and cylindrical bypass channel. Conical nozzle is connected to bypass channel outlet. Nozzle outlet orifice diameter equals to 0.5 - 0.8 of filling orifice diameter. Nozzle outlet orifice and filling orifice have shutters. Bypass channel height is determined from following equation: where D is filling orifice diameter, cm; d is nozzle outlet orifice diameter, cm; alpha is nozzle cone angle, deg. EFFECT: uniform area distribution of particles in straight and divergent flows. 4 dwg
