Invention proposes also method for preparing the compound of the formula (I). Also, invention proposes medicinal preparation comprising as an active component the compound of he formula (I). Invention provides preparing ortho-substituted benzoylguanidines used as anti-arrhythmic drugs with cardioprotective component for prophylaxis and treatment of infarction and for treatment of stenocardia also.
