The carrying agent represents hydrosilicagel or a blend hydrosilicagel with the powder-like carrying agent injected in quantity up to 85 mass %, at that both used siliceous materials in their initial state should contain potassium or sodium oxides or their blend in the quantities ensuring the stated interval of 0.3-20.0 mass %.
