SUBSTANCE: proposed composition comprising trifluorochloroethylene with vinylidene fluoride as film-forming component and acetone and butyl acetate as solvent additionally contains pigments: aluminum powder or titanium dioxide, and/or phthalocyanine blue pigment, and/or iron oxide yellow pigment, and/or carbon black and, as organic solvents, additionally contains toluene and ethyl acetate, all in specified proportions. Composition gives coatings with adhesion to steel 75-810 N/m, shock strength 12-15 J and drying time at 120 +/- C to degree 3 - 2.0-2.5 h. EFFECT: improved consumer's characteristics. 2 tbl, 10 ex
