Piping of members is made to meet condition of increase of pressure drop in channel connected bypass pipeline with automatic as compared with pressure drop created by velocity head of flow in bypass pipeline. Device for taking samples of liquid contains sampler installed in main pipeline, bypass pipeline series-connected with sampler, disperser, manual sampler installed on bypass pipeline, automatic sampler, and sample collector. Disperser and manual sampler are installed behind automatic sampler in direction of flow in bypass channel on condition of increase of pressure drop across sampler.
