Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out complex biochemical testing of blood values to detect activity of choline esterase in blood serum during the first day. In case of lower activity of serumal choline esterase to be below 5100 U/l one should predict favorable flow of acute myocardial infarction, in case of increased activity of serumal choline esterase to be above 5100 U/l one should predict favorable flow of postinfarction period at no risk for development of complications. EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction, shortened terms of therapy. 3 ex
