Sensitive coat in the form of film comprising mixture of conductive polymers is deposited on interpenetrating comb electrodes. Mixture includes three conductive polymers: polystanumaniline, polysilanoaniline and polyaniline in mass ratio 7: 4: 2 produced from solution composed of single-molar solution, hydrochloric acid and mixture of monomers of aniline, silanoaniline and stanumaniline in baths under mode of potentiostatic cycling with potentials from 5.5 to 7.0 V and from -2.0 to -3.5 V at working electrode. Constant stabilized electric current with strength from 200.0 to 1000.0 mkA is transmitted through electrodes of sensitive element for selective change of electrophysical parameters of synthesized sensitive coat exposed to infrared radiation of certain wave length.
