Zusammenfassung:FIELD: polymerization processes. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns production of ethylene/propylene or ethylene/propylene/diene copolymer, which involves process consisting in mixing, under turbulent flow conditions, hydrocarbon solvent, monomers, hydrogen and, separately, catalytic complex component solutions; feeding gas-liquid mixture and, separately, catalytic complex components into reactor; and copolymerization of reaction mixture at elevated temperature and pressure in at least two polymerizers. Reaction medium is agitated within the space of the first reactor- polymerizer and simultaneously displaced in turbulent flow within external reactor-mixer. Reaction medium leaving reactor-mixer enters the space of the first reactor over supply pipe disposed inside the latter, while agitation of reaction medium is provided along the height of reactor. Polymerizer consists of at least two in series connected reactors, each in the form of cylindrical casing provided with agitation mechanism. The first reactor-polymerizer is provided with external reactor-mixer equipped by contraction-diffuser-type static turbulization means and is connected to internal space of the first reactor over discharge pipe, lower lateral fitting of the first reactor, and above-mentioned supply pipe, whose mouth is located below the level of lower blade of agitation mechanism.
