Circular ring is truncated so that angle between tangent to outer point and vertical plane is smaller than fertilizer particle and tray material friction angle. Baffles are made flat and mounted on disk for angular displacement through angle less than 90 deg to tray surface to side opposite to direction of rotation. In the process of applying fertilizer, fertilizer particles acquire absolute speed enabling particles to be secured in soil or pinched behind disk tool, which results in creating of continuous vertical screen from fertilizer.
