Apparatus is used for heat-and- moisture treatment of bulk food products, in particular, for producing cooked groats and vegetables. EFFECT: improved quality of ready product, increased efficiency by expedient use of hydrodynamic process of product treatment and by elimination of intermediate transportation operations, and simplified and compact construction. 4 dwg |
