Buffer is placed above spray nozzle displacement limiter and plunger interior accommodates safety filter. Device incorporates provision for eliminating stretching thrust on false rod and fall of plunger and spray nozzle into pipeline in emergency situations such as failure of false rod-to-plunger threaded joint, as well as provision for adjusting tension of packing cup in sluice chamber and for changing cups without disconnecting cylinder from sluice.
