Water jacket is divided by means of annular partitions at least by two annular sections successively communicated one with another through inclined straight water tubes arranged uniformly along perimeter of combustion chamber, inclined one relative to another and spaced by the same distance from boiler axis in order to form gas flow swirlers between each pair of successively arranged annular sections. Inlet and outlet ends of inclined tubes are mounted into annular sections by acute angle to direction of water flow motion relative to walls of water jacket and they form in said sections members providing circular motion of water. There are members for swirling water streams inside inclined tubes. Branch pipes for supplying and removing water are mounted tangentially relative to water jacket in accordance with direction of inlets and outlets of inclined water tubes.
