The last is placed in gap between plates with possibility of engaging with pusher. Apparatus also includes supporting sleeve mounted in lower part of housing. In lower part of traverse bar there is T-shaped notch. Pusher has in its upper portion crosspiece arranged in said notch. In order to enhance efficiency supporting sleeve is in the form of plunger, it is mounted with possibility of axial motion and has radial duct communicated with two passages of housing. Two eccentric clamps are mounted on supporting sleeve symmetrically relative to its axis with possibility of engagement with housing. On upper portion of supporting sleeve and on opposite upper part of housing connected through duct with oil gage there are sealed annular grooves. In central opening of supporting sleeve member for knocking out drift is arranged. Said member is in the form of plunger supported by bracket secured to housing. EFFECT: improved design providing enhanced efficiency of drifting. ++ + 3 dwg
