Zusammenfassung:FIELD: veterinary virology, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with sensitization of a solid phase with monoclonal antibodies of 08.3 clone which are of specificity to antigenic determinant of a polypeptide of 36- 40 kDa molecular weight in sheep pox virus of "NISHI" strain. Detection of the developed monoclonal antibody- antigen complex is carried out with a peroxidase conjugate of polyclonal antibodies isolated out of hyperimmunized serum of animals-recovalescents. The method enables to increase its specificity and sensitivity, detect expressively the antigens of sheep pox and gout-pox viruses and differentiate them against disease agents in case of clinically similar picture.
