SUBSTANCE: the suggested vaccine contains an antigenic material as 10- 20%-virus-containing suspension from KR95N114 strain of HHPS virus, dimer ethylenimine inactivant (DEI) and adjuvants - aluminum oxide hydrate and saponin at an efficient ratio. The strain is depoted in the collection of microorganisms in VGNKI under registration number of KR95N114-DEP. It is reproduced on 5-50-d-aged chickens at the titer of infectious activity of 3.25-5.0 lgLD50/02 cm3. Vaccine represents a rose-brown-colored liquid with a friable residue of a sorbent easily divided into a homogenic suspension at shaking.
