CLEANER SHOE FOR GRAIN COMBINE

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: cleaner shoe has carcass and double-section baffle-type shoe. Segments of one section of baffle-type shoe are connected to main rack of baffle position adjusting mechanism and segments of other section of baffle-type shoe are connected to additional rack of said mechanism. Racks are connected with one another through double-armed rocker mechanism. Central part of rocker mechanism is rigidly coupled to rotary piston of hydraulic cylinder, whose casing is connected to carcass and through rocker arm, lever and tie-rod to handle. During operation of grain combine on slopes piston acts upon racks of said adjusting mechanism through double-armed rocker mechanism to change gap between segments of baffle-type shoe sections. Air flow is redistributed between shoe section in accordance with thickness of heap to provide for good blowing through of heap. EFFECT: simplified construction and reduced grain loss. 2 dwg
