Each individual pan defined by two blocks of baking sheets adjoining to one another is maintained in closed position despite internal pressure developed during baking by weight of part of stack lying thereon, while it is gradually movable in stack upward towards removal position, at which baked formed products are removed from upper side of block of baking sheets.
