This mechanism is made on servopiston and is provided with working edge. Housing is provided with bypass channels communicating working space with housing space through working ports displaced relative to each other in direction of movement of servopiston. Sets of throttling plates are installed in channels. Servopiston, being displaced at change of pressure in pressure line, over laps, in turn, by its working edge the working ports thus decreasing overflows of liquid from working space from pressure line into space. As a result, pressure differential on spool is decreased and delivery pressure is decreased with decrease in pump delivery. At maximum feed duty, spool overlap channels precluding overflows from delivery line into space which provides material reduction of volumetric losses. Simultaneously with simplifying design of pump, quick response of delivery regulating system is increased with resulting reduction of overpressures and drops of pressure at transient duties.
