Zusammenfassung:vacuum fluorescent displays and luminescent materials. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of voltage drop across screen and fluorescence current through screen set in the course of filament and screen voltage adjustment at constant grid voltage and determination of resistance using voltmeter-ammeter method; in the course of cathode-emitted electron current regulation screen and grid currents are sequentially set at low and high filament voltage by regulating screen voltage corresponding to equal current distribution coefficient in either case ; screen resistance is determined by dividing difference in screen voltages corresponding to equal current distribution coefficient by screen current at higher screen voltage. In addition current distribution coefficient may be equal to unity. EFFECT: reduced labor consumption due to shorter time of process; enhanced measurement accuracy. 2 cl, 1 tbl
