SUBSTANCE: helicopter external store system includes electric winch, cargo carrying electric cable whose one end is secured on winch drum with position retainer, cargo carrying unit engageable with electric lock and secured on opposite end of electric cable for rotation relative to cargo carrying electric cable and mechanism for orientation of cargo carrying device made in form of propulsor with aerodynamic control surface. Cargo carrying device is provided with resistance strain gage transducer for indication of mass. Ends of cargo carrying cable are connected to current collectors fitted in joint of drum with winch body on one side and in joint of electric lock with cargo carrying device on other side; proposed system is provided with control unit connected with drive and current collector of winch and with unit for observation of external store and cable-cutting unit.
