Thickness of diffusion layer at constant temperature and time of diffusion saturation is regulated by varying velocity of flow of circulating halide medium. Technical result of the invention consists in that alongside with saturation with aluminum, the treated surface is simultaneously saturated with chromium and/or silicon. Offered method allows application of uniform coating to entire area of external and internal surfaces of parts and increase of diffusion saturation efficiency.
