Non-linear element includes three parallel channels and adder. Each channel has comparator, amplifying element and multiplier with two inputs. Outputs of amplifying element and comparator in each channel are connected to corresponding inputs of multiplier, output of all amplifying elements are connected and serve as input of non-linear element, and outputs of all multipliers are connected with inputs of adder whose output is output of non-linear element. Presence of three channels in non-linear element provides constant torque ob steering wheel irrespective of current summary values of friction forces in steering mechanism and moment of resistance to turning of steerable wheels caused by road and overcame by servo.
