description training facilities, applicable for simulation of direct fire within a wide range of firing ranges, mainly from small arms, rocket launchers and guided weapon (antitank guided missiles). SUBSTANCE: laser fire simulator has optically communicating objective lens and a laser installed at angle alpha to the optical axis of the objective lens. A reflector having at least two reflecting surfaces is installed between the laser and the objective lens, it also optically communicates with the objective lens. The reflector is coupled to a drive and moves towards the optical axis of the objective lens at angle beta = 0,5alpha-90°. The movement of the reflector results in a proportional variation of the beam divergence. Thus, an invariable-size laser spot is formed on the simulated firing ranges. EFFECT: simplified construction of the simulator. 9 cl, 4 dwg
